1. About This Site

This website is run by The Eco Positivity Coach, offering coaching services, blog posts , a newsletter, downloadable resources, and occasional workshops. I am based in France and operate as a sole trader.

2. Coaching Services

All coaching sessions are delivered online via Zoom. Coaching is not therapy, and I do not offer diagnoses or mental health treatment. Coaching is for support, growth, and action-oriented change. If I believe your needs go beyond the scope of coaching, I may recommend working with a licensed therapist or mental health professional.

Clients under 18 must have the written consent of a parent or legal guardian before sessions can begin.

3. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling

Coaching sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, the session will be charged in full. Exceptions may be made in the case of a genuine emergency, with supporting evidence at my discretion.

4. Payments

Payments for services are processed securely via PayPal. Full payment must be made before the session or access to digital content is granted. No refunds are provided for missed sessions or digital downloads.

5. Content Disclaimer

All blog content and downloadable resources are for informational and educational purposes only. While I strive to offer helpful, accurate information, I do not guarantee specific results from using my materials or services.
