Refund Policy

At The Eco Positivity Coach, I aim to offer thoughtful and supportive services. I also believe in being transparent about how refunds are handled.

🧭 Coaching Sessions

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

• If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the session will be charged in full and no refund will be issued.

• In the case of a genuine emergency, I may offer to reschedule the session at no extra cost. You may be asked to provide reasonable evidence (e.g. a medical note or other supporting information).

📦 Packages & Multi-Session Bookings

• If you purchase a pack of sessions and change your mind before the first session, you may request a full refund, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given before the first scheduled session.

• Once sessions have started, refunds will not be offered for unused sessions. However, they can be rescheduled within the timeframe agreed at the time of booking.

📄 Digital Products (e.g. downloads, e-books, PDFs)

• Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds are given once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

• If you have issues with a download or accidentally purchase the wrong item, please get in touch—I’ll do my best to help.

🧘‍♀️ Workshops & Events

• Refunds for workshops depend on the specific event terms. In general, refunds are available up to 7 days before the event, minus any transaction fees.

• If I cancel an event, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your place.
