Hello

I'm Rachel, and I'm so glad you're here!

I live off-grid in the Hautes Pyrenees with my husband, baby daughter, three rescue donkeys, two rescue dogs, and a small flock of chickens. We're 3km from the nearest road!

When I'm not helping my clients transform eco anxiety into a force for good, I go wild camping, hike with my donkeys, and forage for food in the woods.

So, what's this all about ?

What is Eco Positivity Coaching?

In today’s world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by climate change and environmental degradation. Eco anxiety and climate grief are reasonable and rational reactions to an uncertain world. But they  can affect our ability to take action or even think clearly about the future.

As an Eco-Positivity Coach, I help you transform these complicated feelings into sustainable actions that empower you and make a positive difference. Through remote online sessions, we’ll work together to shift your mindset, reconnect with the planet, and discover practical ways to feel better in yourself and serve in your community.

How It Works

In our coaching sessions, we'll explore your feelings around eco-anxiety, climate grief, and the environmental challenges we face. From there, we’ll work together to:

  • Reframe your perspective: Shifting your mindset to hope, resilience, and empowerment.

  • Identify your values: Deepening your connection with the earth and helping you align your actions with your beliefs.

  • Take practical, sustainable action: Discover small, everyday changes you can make to live more in harmony with the planet, without feeling overwhelmed. (And work towards some bigger goals, too!)

  • Cultivate mental and emotional resilience: Learn to navigate the emotional landscape of living in an environmentally stressed world while staying grounded, focused, and hopeful.

Who is Eco Positivity Coaching For?

Whether you're struggling with eco-anxiety, facing burnout from environmental concerns, or simply looking for more clarity about how you can contribute to a sustainable future, eco positivity coaching can help you:

  • Understand and manage your eco-related emotions

  • Feel empowered and inspired to make a positive impact

  • Cultivate balance and resilience in your life

  • Connect with like-minded individuals who share your concerns and values

What to Expect

Each session is tailored to your unique needs. I offer remote, online coaching to provide flexibility and convenience. During our sessions, I’ll support you with:

  • Personalised coaching: Addressing your specific eco-related concerns and goals.

  • Supportive guidance: Tools, resources, and practices to help you build lasting change.

  • Compassionate, non-judgmental space: A safe environment to express your feelings and explore solutions without pressure.

What's the difference between coaching and therapy?

I am a trained coach with several years work experience in biodiversity and climate change. I'm not a therapist. What's the difference? Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented, helping clients set and achieve goals. Therapy looks to the past to heal trauma or manage mental health conditions. Coaches and therapists have different skills, and I want to ensure you get the help you need. This means we might decide that a therapist would be the best person to help you move forward. Let's chat about it!
