Hello
I'm Rachel, and I'm so glad you're here!
I live off-grid in the Hautes Pyrenees with my husband, baby daughter, three donkeys, two dogs, and a small flock of chickens. We're 3km from the nearest road!
When I'm not helping my clients transform eco anxiety into sustainable action, I go wild camping, hike with my donkeys, and forage for food in the woods.
So, what's this all about ?
What is Eco Positivity Coaching?
In today’s world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by climate grief and eco-anxiety. These difficult feelings are reasonable and rational reactions to an uncertain world. But they can affect our ability to take action or think clearly about the future.
As an Eco-Positivity Coach, I help you transform eco-anxiety and climate-grief into a sustainable, concrete contribution to a better world. Through remote online sessions, we’ll work together to restore your well-being, shift your mindset, reconnect with the planet, and serve the Earth.
How It Works
In our coaching sessions, we'll follow the ASURE framework.
I developed ASURE so you can feel healthier and happier, all while making a meaningful contribution to a better world. It goes like this:
🌍 Acknowledge how you feel
🌿 Soothe climate grief and eco-anxiety
🔍 Understand the roots of ecological problems
🤝 Respond to the situation with concrete actions
🌬️ Exhale tension and release the pressure. You're doing all you can.
Most of my clients see me for five coaching sessions, one for each ASURE step. I'm also developing an online course and book for people with different budgets, and I'm available for group sessions in schools and businesses.

Who is Eco Positivity Coaching For?
So many people are affected by eco-anxiety and climate grief. I work with people of all ages and backgrounds. Most of my clients are young people (18-26) or parents of young children. It doesn't matter how old you are or what stage you're at in life. If you're feeling paralysed by eco-anxiety and climate grief, eco-positivity coaching could help.
Not sure whether you might have eco anxiety. Read this blog post about exactly what eco-anxiety is and how to move forward.
What to Expect
Each session is tailored to your unique needs. I offer remote, online coaching to provide flexibility and convenience. It's also possible to book in-person coaching in the Bagnères-de-Bigorre area in the Hautes-Pyrénées (France).
I ask all of my clients to book an initial 30-minute call before a full session so we can make sure that this coaching is the best step forward for you. I charge 20 euros for this call, because both our time is valuable. One-hour sessions cost 60 euros, and you can quickly pay via PayPal on my website, no matter what currency you prefer.
I hold occasional nature retreats in the Hautes Pyrenees (think wild camping and foraging). If you're interested, you can sign up for my monthly newsletter on my home page.
What's the difference between coaching and therapy?
I am a trained coach with several years of work experience in biodiversity and climate change. I'm not a therapist. What's the difference? Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented, helping clients set and achieve goals. Therapy looks to the past to heal trauma or manage mental health conditions. Coaches and therapists have different skills, and I want to ensure you get the help you need. This means we might decide that a therapist would be the best person to help you move forward. I can recommend a couple of wonderful people who specialise in eco anxiety. Let's chat about it!
